Here at Servco we have a team of highly qualified technicians that are trained to maintain and service boilers as well as other equipment found in a mechanical room such as Deaerators, Heat Exchangers, Pumps and Economizers. Our technicians are also trained and experienced with the service and installation of VFD’s (Variable Frequency Drives).

Control Systemsservice

The boiler industry has changed over the past few years from the standard flame safe guard to more sophisticated PLC based burner control systems. Our technicians are highly trained on the replacement and upgrade of these systems.

Boiler Re-tubesservice

Our technicians are trained not only in the general service and maintenance of boilers but also in equipment upgrades and rebuilds. Through general aging of a boiler and water deposits, boiler tubes wear out and need to be replaced. Our team is trained and efficient in the removing and replacement of old tubes.

Refractory Rebuildsservice

With the aging of a boiler the refractory tends to wear. Many times this will be patched and not replaced. We specialize in the complete refractory replacement on firetube and watertube boilers.
