John Holbrook, Owner:

John has over 30 years of HVAC management experience here in the Salt Lake market and has served as the President of the Utah Heating and Air Conditioning Association. John owns multiple service companies in the HVAC and Boiler industry and in 2005 formed a company to sell boiler room equipment to better complement Servco.

Shelby Stewart

Shelby Stewart, General Manager:

Shelby joined the Holbrook Companies in the Spring of 2006, serving as Operations Manager and Director of Information Technology.  Bringing with him over 15 years of management experience, he has provided valuable leadership to Servco.  In January of 2007, Shelby became the General Manager of Servco and Servco Industrial Equipment.  Since taking the reins, Shelby has led Servco through tremendous growth and in addition to overseeing the day to day operations, managing the Sales, Marketing and Service departments.  Shelby currently serves on the executive committee for the Holbrook Companies and will receive his MBA degree from the University of Utah in May, 2010.  Shelby also holds a bachelors degree from Brigham Young University.

Bill Pappa

Bill Pappa, Service Manager:

Bill joined Servco in 2005, and has been the manager of the service department since 2007.  Having worked at several other boiler companies before joining Servco, Bill brings his wealth of knowledge to the table in order to help our customers solve their most difficult problems.  Overseeing the largest group of boiler technicians in the state, he ensures that the services we provide are of the utmost quality.

Alan Delongpre

Alan Delongpre, Parts Manager:

Alan has been with Servco since 1993.  As one of the few holdovers from the previous owner, Alan has served in many capacities within the company.  Very few posses the knowledge of the industry that he carries.  He currently is the Parts Manager, helping our customers with not only parts orders, but also answering many of their difficult questions and making sure that they have the correct parts that they need.  Working closely with other Cleaver-Brooks representatives, Alan is currently serving on the CBRA (Cleaver-Brooks International Representatives Association) committee, an alliance of service organizations that consists of nearly 50 independently owned and operated boiler service companies throughout the United States and Canada that all represent Cleaver-Brooks.

Troy Beasley

Troy Beasley, Service Sales:

Troy joined Servco in the summer of 2008.  Armed with over 20 years of sales experience, Troy specializes in providing Preventative Maintenance (PM) agreements for many of our customers.  Helping customers see the value in saving their time and money with valuable time saving PM agreements is a specialty, as is his ability to help the customer understand the services being provided.  Outside of the scope of PM agreements, he provides quotes for all other service work.  Please feel free to contact Troy for any and all of your service needs.

Jason Hansen

Jason Hansen, New Equipment Sales:

Jason has been with Servco since 2006.  Since becoming part of the Servco family he has served in two main positions that have helped him gain valuable industry knowledge and experience.  Starting as the Parts Manager, he handled all order entry, researching customers questions to ensure that they received the correct part, and the best service possible.  He currently works as the New Equipment Salesman for Servco, and handles the quoting and selling of everything from new boilers in both commercial and industrial applications, to all types of feedwater equipment, burners and controls. Jason is currently working towards his Technical Sales degree at Weber State University.

Ryan Norman, Project Manager:

Ryan recently joined the Servco team to work as a Project Manager.  His focus will be to closely work with customers, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely manner and to the highest quality standard.  Ryan brings many years of management experience to Servco, coupled with his extensive lean manufacturing knowledge base.  Ryan also has his MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Matt Edwards

Matt Edwards, Marketing:

Matt has been with Servco since the fall of 2007.  Originally brought on to assist the sales team in their efforts to allow them the time needed to most efficiently help our customers, Matt gained valuable knowledge learning the ins-and-outs of the boiler industry.  Shortly after joining Servco he assumed the role of Parts Manager to further become familiar with the industry and progress in knowledge of the industrial and commercial boiler field.  Matt served as Parts Manager for a year and a half before assuming the role of Project Coordinator and Marketing Director, further assisting the sales team in their endeavors.  Matt holds a degree from Brigham Young University.

Shalise Garner

Shalise Garner, Dispatch and Office Manager:

Shalise has been with Servco for two years as our dispatcher.  Having been in the HVAC industry since 2001, her knowledge and skill set are very helpful in providing the best possible customer service experience.  Responsible for dispatching our technicians, she balances the needs and wants of our customers in a timely and orderly fashion, and is always willing to help.  Shalise is also responsible for billing out all of our service jobs, making her role a very busy and essential one.
